Zendesk is your customer space at Futurlog
This tool :
- gives you access to a knowledge base that we build up over time.
- also allows you to create a ticket and thus get a quick answer to your questions, incident resolution requests, etc.
- tickets are accessible by all members of your company registered on the platform. This allows them to follow the progress of the tickets, see the answers, ...
If you are not currently registered on the platform, the procedure is simple, you must send us an email by clicking on this link Registration Zendesk and indicating Name, First Name, Company and e-mail address.
Registration to the platform
When a new user is created, we register him/her on the platform during the day. They then receive an email asking them to set a password.
From that moment he has access to :
- ticket creation
- visualisation of all the company's tickets and their progress, resolution, ...
- access to the knowledge base
