Zendesk is your customer space at Futurlog
If you are not currently registered on the platform, the procedure is simple, you must send us an email by clicking on this link Registration Zendesk and indicating Name, First Name, Company and e-mail address.
Registration to the platform
When a new user is created, we register him/her on the platform during the day. They then receive an email asking them to set a password.
From that moment he has access to :
- ticket creation
- visualisation of all the company's tickets and their progress, resolution, ...
- access to the knowledge base
There are 2 modes of operation for our customers.
1. Operation by mail only
In this mode of operation, the customer sends his e-mails to the following address support@futurlog.zendesk.com
An automatic response is sent back to the email address used to create the request.
Please note: if this is the first request made by the company, a processing time is necessary. This period corresponds to the validation of the client's company on our platform
2. Operation by mail and with the platform
It is possible to access the Zendesk platform. In principle, you are on this platform. You can then :
- create a ticket or reply to a ticket (the possibility by mail remains)
- see your tickets sorted by status
- see all the company's tickets
- search tickets via keywords, ...
- Access the knowledge base.
